2. Purpose and categories

Contact, occupation, training, experience, language, recognition, immigration and availability data are processed to assess the specific placement request and identify suitable employment opportunities. Driver roles also include licence, vehicle and operation details.

3. Legal bases

Processing for a specific placement request relies on case-specific consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 298 SGB III. Technical security data is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn for the future by email.

4. Matching and disclosure

Predefined occupation, experience, language and qualification rules support human review. There is no automated rejection. Identifiable candidate data is not made generally searchable by employers and is disclosed only after separate approval naming the employer and vacancy.

5. Storage on the device

A form draft is stored in this browser for up to 30 days only if the optional box is enabled. It is deleted on submission or when the box is disabled.

6. Processors and transfers

Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database) are used technically. Contracting entities, DPAs, the actual project region, subprocessors and possible transfers outside the EEA must be DOCUMENTED BEFORE LAUNCH. The pilot sends no data to WhatsApp, AI or payment providers.

7. Retention

Active placement data is retained for the placement. Optional talent-pool use is limited to 12 months. After placement ends, the return, three-year retention and deletion rules in section 298(2) SGB III apply. The operational deletion schedule must be approved before launch.

8. Rights

Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. They may also complain to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
